CA Air Resources Board Proposed List of Measures to Reduce Particulate Matter (10/18/04)
ARB staff has developed a proposed list of readily available, feasible, and cost-effective air measures existing in CA as of January 1, 2004 which could be adopted by air districts to make progress towards attainment of the state and federal standards, and which may also be useful for reducing regional haze in CA and other places. The list includes meausures for 20 source categories distributed among stationary sources, area-wide sources, transportation-related programs, and incentive programs.
