The Technical Oversight Committee (TOC) provides general oversight to the technical activities of the WRAP. The TOC identifies technical issues and tasks necessary to support the activities of the WRAP and refers these issues to the technical forums. The TOC identifies issues to be addressed by the forums, based on input, priorities, and directions from the WRAP. The TOC reviews any recommendations made by the forums and subsequently makes its own recommendations to the WRAP.
The TOC membership consists of representatives from three tribes, three states, a federal land manager, and EPA representative, and two representatives each from the environmental and industrial communities, State and tribal members of the TOC have three year staggered terms. Federal, environmental and industry members are also appointed for three year terms.
